An Evening with Martin Kemp at the Aspire, Leeds in August
Martin Kemp to give an insight into his career at Aspire, Leeds on the 4th of August
Martin Kemp will be appearing at Aspire in Leeds on Friday 4th August 2017. Martin was first thrust into the public eye as the charismatic bass player of Spandau Ballet with his brother Gary and Tony Hadley. He then pursued an acting career starring in the drama/biography ‘The Krays’ also again with his brother Gary, portraying the gangland twins Ronnie and Reggie Kray.
Martin also notably played the villain, Steve Owen in East Enders and famously killed his on screen partner Saskia with an ashtray in one of the most memorable scenes of the long running drama. Martin will face questions in an interview style from our very own Martin Semple who will host the evening.
Tickets are priced from £30, and are sure to sell quick.
Venetia Heaney, Managing Director of Aspire said ‘We are looking forward to hosting Martin Kemp at Aspire in August. This is the second intimate night we’ve hosted, with the first being the popular evening with Midge Ure. We already run a popular comedy night, so public events are well and truly growing at Aspire. This is a cabaret style dining & music event.
