Until the closure of the Amazon Tickets service, Ticket Zone was exclusively engaged to handle UK ticket to customer fulfillment for the largest fulfillment company in the world !
For 6 years Ticket Zone provided a fully outsourced Contact Centre and back office Customer Services solution to support Eventim's SMG venue contract. This included our servicing the following top UK venues; Manchester Arena, Hammersmith Apollo, Leeds Arena, Newcastle Arena and York Barbican.
For 11 years of major Arena tours we have provided the Official National Web and Contact Centre sales services and a fully controlled Agents Trade Desk distribution service.
