Accounts / Book Keeping Role

The role of Bookkeeper is to record all company spending, including purchases, invoices and sales and provide accurate information on company outgoings for the purposes of HMRC statutory filing of accounts. The Bookkeeper shall be organised, have attention for detail, efficient and skilled at keeping track of the various types of spending by the company.  The position involves using relevant Sage accountancy software and will be tasked with managing the balancing of accounts. There is a shared responsibility that entails office management and additional hours maybe required during seasonal busy periods throughout the year.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
•    Possess first-rate numerical skills such as an NVQ/SVQ qualifications or specialist qualifications such as AAT
•    Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
•    Highly computer literate with experience of accounting packages specifically SAGE Accounting & Payroll software
•    Ability to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach
•    Knowledge of MS Excel and the use of pivot tables.


 

Fulfilment Operators (Casual)

Ticket Zone seeks fulfilment operators to ensure the packing and postage of physical tickets and merchandise to consumers. You will have an eye for detail to manually observe an established process and procedure to Check-in, Rip, Pick, Key, Scan, Pack and post physical tickets in line with the Company’s service levels for fulfilment.

Fulfilment is a growing team within the Event Administration & Planning Department where adherence to policy, process and procedure is important in delivering an accurate and timely service on behalf of or Clients. Any other duties maybe required to meet the needs of the business from time to time.

Contact Centre Operators (Casual)

To work within this role you will initially be trained within the sales department on a variety of clients, however over time you may also be provided with training in the Customer Service Department. The successful candidate will work in our Barnstaple based Call Centre under the guidance of our local managers but on behalf of our Nationally based clients.

Duties will include answering client related sales calls and ensuring that call time targets are met. To provide a high standard of customer service at all times.

Occasionally you will be required to assist with general administration and ticketing duties. The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of a grade C in English, be flexible and confident with working on the phone. Previous experience with working in a Call Centre will be an advantage, but is not essential
